                            睡覺不能“腳朝西,頭朝東”,

                            是科學還是謠言?

                            相信這個說法很多人在生活中都曾聽過,尤其是在農村,老一輩人常常將這句話當成順口溜,講給后輩們聽,他們認為,睡覺朝向有特殊講究,不能亂睡,因為睡眠質量受地球磁場影響。

                            然而,這個說法可信嗎?

                            事實上,地球的南北磁極并非正南正北,本身就存在一定的傾斜角度,且其會隨著四季、晝夜變化而發生改變。

                            人在出生之后,為了適應環境會不斷發生變化,中間會維持自我的磁場平衡。在搬家時、跨時區旅行等情況下,可能會導致磁場發生變化,繼而讓睡眠發生紊亂。但是地球的磁場與睡眠之間的確切關系沒有明確定論,不能直接說朝向會影響到睡眠。

                            1、睡覺姿勢

                            部分人在日常睡覺的時候喜歡處于一種特殊姿勢下,如雙腳過分外八容易導致大腿骨外旋、腰部弓起,容易導致腰酸背痛癥狀出現;

                            趴著睡則容易讓頭偏向一側,會導致頸椎、胸椎扭曲,對于脊柱健康不利;而過度蜷縮的姿勢也同樣不推薦,這樣睡覺會導致后背反弓,對睡眠質量以及身體健康均不利。

                            對于大部分人來說,推薦選擇的睡眠姿勢為右側臥和仰臥,側臥的時候要注意枕頭比肩膀稍高一點,不要讓頭部處于前傾狀態。而平躺時則要注意讓頸部、腰部以及膝關節這些位置都有支撐,更有助于身體放松。

                            2、房間環境

                            臥室臨街隔音效果差、睡眠環境嘈雜、睡覺不關燈等因素都會影響到正常的睡眠,在睡覺時要保證房間內的聲音、色彩、室內溫度以及氣壓等因素都適合睡眠,且缺一不可。

                            3、睡覺寢具

                            寢具的選擇對于睡眠質量也影響很大,如若蓋的被子和溫度不符合,容易在夢中冷醒、熱醒,且會讓全身血液微循環出現問題,容易發生危險。另外床墊太軟或太硬、枕頭太高或太低,也會影響睡眠。

                            建議日常要根據自身狀況,選擇適合自己的寢具,同時還要保證寢具的衛生問題,定期清潔更換。

                            4、疾病影響

                            總是睡不好,失眠或早醒,可能與一些疾病有關。

                            抑郁癥、呼吸問題、壓力過大、腹部脂肪過多以及胃食管反流等,都容易讓睡眠中斷、入睡困難等發生。想要改善睡眠質量,首先需要做的是積極就醫,查明病因后積極治療,在原發病治好之后睡眠質量自然也能得到提高。

                            提到睡眠時間,大家第一反應可能就是要睡足8小時。事實上,很多人都是被8小時的睡眠論忽悠了,這個說法并不正確。

                            英國睡眠協會會長尼克·利特爾黑爾斯表示:一刀切的8小時睡眠論反而不好,會讓許多人感到不適,因為不同人群所需的睡眠時間并不一樣,個體之間存差異性。

                            其實,相對睡眠時長來說,更重要的其實是個人的睡眠周期,一般成年人晚上會有4~5個睡眠周期,每個周期的時間持續為90~110分鐘不等。

                            在睡眠周期中,我們會經歷非眼動睡眠、眼動睡眠以及快速眼動睡眠等階段,這些睡眠階段是由淺到深的過程。而身體的修復和睡眠其實也都是按周期走的,再加上生活中難免會有一些意外發生,難以保證每天都睡足8小時。

                            如若強硬的想讓自己每天都睡8小時,會讓情緒變得十分沮喪,反而對健康不利。

                            那么,不同年齡人群,每天睡多久比較合適呢?南昌大學第二附屬醫院神經內科劉昊醫生給出了睡眠建議:

                            ①嬰幼兒:睡眠時間>12小時

                            ②18歲以下青少年:睡眠時間應保持在9~10小時

                            ③18~64歲成年人:睡眠時間應保持在7~8小時

                            ④65歲以上老年人:睡眠時間應該保持在至少6小時

                            當然,這些睡眠時長并不是非常硬性的標準,具體的時長還是要以身體的反饋為主,如若睡醒后覺得自己精神充沛,即便是時間稍微短點也沒關系,不必過分執著于要睡夠時間。
